Go in Monday to pick it up, and suddenly the regulator in the window is magically busted, which they neither told us about, nor decided to try to fix, and that they had work to do still on a recall I had no interest in having done.
Service center is a joke. I went in 3 weeks ago to have them look at a dead battery in my wife's Impala. It was machine driven in when installed, so I wasn't able to do anything by hand, so it was dead in my driveway, about 4 blocks from the shop. I had the battery disconnected since fall, so it was basically sitting there, dead. I dropped off the keys on a Thursday, and they told me they wouldn't be able to get to it that day, but it would be handled the next day for sure. A week goes by, and the car is still in my driveway. I go in and talk to them, and the guy at the counter apologized for forgetting and he'd send guys right down that day to handle it. A day goes by, the car is still there, but with one minor difference: the power window on the driver's side is rolled down. Again, power window, no crank. I had the dead battery disconnected since fall.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with the service department, but it will certainly be the last. How much should labor be for a job that was a "simple battery replacement" that takes 3 weeks to complete? How many other customers have to wait for a turn around like that? Utter garbage.

3 more rainy days go by before my wife talks to them rather angrily. The next day the car is gone. We get a call from them 5 days later while out of town that the car is ready, on a Saturday. We tell them we'll pick it up Monday.
